Membership Application and Renewal
Annual Membership Levels:
We are now taking online membership payments for the 2020-2021 membership year.
Membership year runs annually from July 1 through the following June 30. If memberships are not renewed by October 1 you will be dropped from the membership list.

Put in the dollar amount for your membership level and follow the rest of the instructions
- INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP = $ 25.00
- JOINT MEMBERSHIP = $ 40.00
Two members living at the same address will receive only one mailing.
- STUDENT MEMBERSHIP = $ 10.00

Dues cover operating expenses including expenses, fees, refreshments and mailings. Some programs may require additional fees.

The Philadelphia Chapter of the SAH is an IRS 501(c)(3) organization. Any donation over the applicable membership fee as listed above is fully tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
